The bidder should possess the following minimum experience: 1. Successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature of work of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last seven years. 2. Substantially completed work means those works which are at least 90% completed, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. Additionally, the bidder should have: - Experience of successful completion of O&M of minimum one Water Treatment Plant for at least 1 year. - Experience of successful completion of PLC/SCADA works of at least one Water Retaining structures, which shall be in successful operation for minimum one year. The experience criteria for qualification of the bidder includes: - Experience of design, detailed engineering, procuring, construction, testing, commissioning of any Water Supply Project including Water Treatment Plant. - At least one plant shall be in successful operation for a minimum of one year. In terms of monetary values, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 34,28,90,000/- in any one year over the last seven financial years. The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facility equal to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last seven years. - At least 90% completion of similar works, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price. - Minimum annual turnover of Rs. 34,28,90,000/- in any one year over the last seven financial years. - Access to or available liquid assets and/or credit facility equal to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied.

The eligible class required by a bidder to participate or bid in the tender is "AA Class" registration with State or Central Government or Semi-Government.
