The bidder must have experience of execution of similar work completed during the last seven years. Alternatively, the bidder can have: - At least two work completed, each having a cost not less than 50% of the Estimate Value (Rs. 1,08,50,575/-), and working satisfactorily for at least one year. - At least three work completed, each having a cost not less than 40% of the Estimate Value (Rs. 86,80,860/-), and working satisfactorily for at least one year. The bidder needs to submit notarized copies of work orders and satisfactory work completion certificates to support these requirements. The percentages mentioned are 80%, 50%, and 40% of the Estimate Value (Rs. 2,17,02,150/-).
