The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have completed works of similar magnitude within the last seven years. The bidder should have experience of similar works and equal or required magnitude as asked in the tender, with a work order received and completed satisfactorily in their firm/agency name only. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - One Similar work order completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 4.0 Cr (i.e., 80% of tender value) - Two Similar work orders completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 2.5 Cr (i.e., 50% of tender value) - Three Similar work orders completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 2.0 Cr (i.e., 40% of tender value) Additionally, a solvency certificate of at least 20% of the estimated cost of the tender, which is Rs. 1.0 Cr, is required. The bidder should also provide evidence of financial capacity to execute a contract of this magnitude, including annual turnover for the last three years, and the price of the biggest job carried out, along with a certificate from the owner in support of successful completion of work.
