The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to a minimum of 40% value of the estimated cost - OR Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to a minimum of 60% value of the estimated cost - OR One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to a minimum of 80% value of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder must have completed one work of any nature costing not less than the amount equal to a minimum of 40% value of the estimated cost with some government department or agency. The similar work is defined as “Fabrication, Supply/ Installation of Children Play Equipments”/ Development of children park. In terms of specific values, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 199 lac of estimated cost - OR Two similar completed works costing not less than 298 lac of estimated cost - OR One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 398 lac of estimated cost The bidder should also have one completed work of any nature costing not less than 199 lac of estimated cost with some government department or agency. The average annual financial turnover on work should be at least Rs.149 Lac (30% of the estimate amount) during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. Evaluation of experience is as follows: - Less than 1 year: 5 marks - Above 1 to 2 years: 10 marks - Above 2 to 3 years: 15 marks - More than 3 years: 20 marks For similar works completed, the evaluation is as follows: - One children park/children theme-based project: 10 marks - Two or more such projects: 20 marks Only those bidders who secure a minimum of 60 marks out of 100 will be considered for further evaluation.
