The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years. The bidder must have executed similar nature of work, with details of the project, including the name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size, with at least one similar work of 40% in case of three similar works, one 50% in case of two similar works, or one 80% in case of similar nature works estimated project cost, for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of civil construction work performed for each of the last five years should also be included. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including carriageway works, footpath works, street lightning works, roadside landscapes works, and underground utilities works, with specific requirements such as: - Carriageway works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 30. - Footpath works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Street lightning works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Roadside landscapes works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Underground utilities works: - Power Line (HT/LT): minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 15. - Storm water: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Sewer: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Water Supply: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Telecom (OFC): minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Gas: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. The total maximum score for similar works experience is 100. If the work experience is of lesser length than mentioned, the marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. Only completion certificates will be considered for evaluating the experience. The solvency amount should be at least 40% to the estimated cost of project. The bidder(s) must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualification criteria. In the case of Joint Venture, the technical evaluation should be filled jointly, combining the aggregate experience of all partners. The Joint Venture must also collectively satisfy the subject of the criteria, for this purpose, the relevant figures for each of the partners shall be added together to arrive at the Joint Venture total capacity which shall be 100% or more.
