The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor, with a minimum annual turnover in any one year over the last seven financial years of the annual value of contracts value. The bidder should have experience in similar type of work costing not less than 50% of the tender amount, completed with good quality and workmanship in the past seven years. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one work of similar nature, with a value of at least 40% of the tender amount, which is Rs.1,48,00,000/-, given the tender amount is estimated to be Rs.3,70,00,000/-. The bidder should also have completed single project work of not less than 60% of the estimated cost during the last seven years. The bidder should provide detailed information of similar type of work, including the name of work, name of client, estimated cost of work, tendered amount, date of award of contract, target date of completion, actual date of completion, reason for delay, amount of work done during last seven years, and amount of work done after March 2021. The amount of work done during the last seven years and after March 2021 should be mentioned in Rs. Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should provide details of their experience in specific fields, including mechanized cement concrete lining, modern concrete technology, heavy earth moving equipment, underground drainage work in rocky areas, civil work for drainage pumping stations, and construction of sewerage treatment plants. The bidder should also provide information on their experience as a sub-contractor, including the name of the main contractor and the country where the work was performed.
