Municipal Corporation Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor. The bidder should have experience in similar type of work costing not less than 50% of the tender amount, which is Rs.5,62,50,000 (50% of Rs.11,25,00,000), completed with good quality and workmanship in the past seven years. The bidder should have completed single project work of not less than 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.6,75,00,000 (60% of Rs.11,25,00,000), during the last seven years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in specific areas such as mechanized cement concrete lining, modern concrete technology, heavy earth moving equipment, underground drainage work in rocky areas, civil work for drainage pumping stations, construction of sewerage treatment plants, and pumping machinery in drainage pumping stations. In case of Joint Venture, the lead partner as well as any other partner should have experience of similar nature of work, minimum 15% of the estimated cost.
