The bidder is required to have a minimum of five years of experience in providing security guards and security services to reputed companies, government organizations, and institutions. The bidder should have successfully completed assignments or deployments of providing security services for a tenure of not less than six months during the last three previous years ending March 2024. The requirements for the number of security personnel deployed are as follows: (A) One assignment or deployment of not less than 430 security personnel during the last three years. (B) Two assignments or deployments of not less than 268 security personnel during the last three years. (C) Three assignments or deployments of not less than 215 security personnel during the last three years. The bidder should have a registered average annual turnover of Rs.6.50 Crore (Six crore fifty lacs) preceding the last three financial years ending in March 2024. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide details of their experience and financial performance to demonstrate their eligibility for the tender. The bidder must also provide evidence of successful completion of assignments or deployments, including work orders and completion certificates from clients. Annual audited balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last three financial years are also required, along with a certificate from a statutory auditor specifying that they have been in the security service business for the last five years. A Bank Solvency certificate of Rs.3.25 Crore (Three crore Twenty Five lacs) is also required.
