The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of SITC Work of Street light poles of G.I./ FRP/ GRP/ M.S. / SITC of Highmast system done within the time limit of the Work order given and work completed during the last seven years. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - One Similar work order completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.2.4 Cr. (i.e., 80% of tender value) - Two Similar work orders completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 1.5 Cr. (i.e., 50% of tender value) - Three Similar work orders completed having costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 1.2 Cr. (i.e., 40% of tender value) The bidder should have received the work order and completed the works during the last seven years, with a work order and Form 3(A) / work completion certificate / work performance certificate issued from a competent authority. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of at least 30% of the tender amount, with an average annual turnover of at least Rs.0.9 Crores during the last three years. The amount of similar works completed is required to be at least 20% of the estimated cost of the tender, which is Rs. 0.60 Cr. The bidder should also provide details of works in hand and works tendered for as on the date of submission of the tender, including the name of work, place and country, tendered cost, cost of work remaining to be executed, anticipated date of completion, and stipulated date and period of completion. The bidder should have experience of similar works of equal or required magnitude, with a work order received and completed satisfactorily in their firm/agency name only. The experience should be from any Municipal Corporation, ULB, State/Central Government, GWSSB, GWRTC, Irrigation, or Railways. The Bid capacity will be evaluated as: Bid capacity = 2AN – B, where A = Maximum turnover annually during last 3 years, N = Completion period (in month)/12 = 12/12 = 1, and B = Value of work of the existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one year. The Minimum Bid capacity is (2AN-B), where A = 30% of the final estimated amount.
