The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in various components of the project, such as: 1. Desilting, Dewatering, and Demarcation for lake rejuvenation work, with a minimum costing of up to Rs. 17 Lakhs. 2. Ecological Restoration, with experience in lake edge wall construction, having a minimum costing of up to Rs. 10 Lakhs. 3. Designing, constructing, and commissioning of a Sewage Pumping Station with a Wet Well of a minimum capacity of 20 m3. 4. Providing, lowering, laying, jointing, and hydraulically testing and commissioning of RCC Pipe having a minimum diameter of 150 mm and a length of 1 KM. 5. Designing, constructing, and commissioning of an Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, and Grit Settlement Chamber. 6. Designing and constructing a Lined Drain of 300 m length. 7. Providing, installing, and commissioning of non-clog submersible pumps of 5 HP under a single contract. The bidder should have completed similar works, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works such as: - Excavation for foundation, pipe trenches, and conduits, with values ranging from Rs. 10692.00 to Rs. 4317.00, and rates ranging from Rs. 205.70 to Rs. 691.90 per cum. - Providing and fixing M.S. sluice gates, with a value of Rs. 143603.00. - Providing and laying vitrified matt finish tiles, with a value of Rs. 35112.00. - Supplying and fixing aluminum four-track sliding windows, with a value of Rs. 40837.00. The bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The experience of each work should be under a single agreement, and the value of work executed should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
