The bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, with good quality and workmanship in the last 7 years. The similar work is defined as building work in one campus like community hall, hospital, hotels, ward office, institutional, public utility, commercial, and residential building work. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs. 5,36,84,211.75. The values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - One similar work: 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar works: 50% of the estimated cost - Three similar works: 40% of the estimated cost The bidder should have an average annual turnover in the last three financial years of more than 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder's project team should consist of persons with experience in specific disciplines, including a Senior Engineer with experience in Building work. The bidder is required to provide information on their prior work experience, including the year of construction, name of project, name of owner and contact person, total cost of the work, and total value of work done in Statement No. – 5. The bidder should also provide a list of ongoing projects as on 31-12-2024, including the value of remaining work, start date, and likely date of completion. The bidder should have available bid capacity more than the amount put to tender, which is calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which bids have been invited. The value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years should be provided in Statement No. – 4/B, along with the annual turnover for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. The bidder should also provide a solvency certificate for an amount up to 20% of the tender amount.
