Alternatively, the bid capacity can also be determined as 20% of the tender estimated cost, as per the solvency certificate requirement.

- Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost.
- One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
These similar works include development of lake, landscaping, civil work, electrical work, or experience of construction of building infrastructure. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works in the last 7 years.
