The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically in Water Retaining Structures, such as Swimming Pool, STP, WTP, ESR, UG Sump, Water pumping station, and Sewage Pumping station. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years. The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For E&M work, the tenderer must have experience of successfully completed similar works, with one similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the estimated E&M cost. The bidder is required to submit details of similar type and magnitude of works carried out during the last 7 years. The bidder should also provide a list of current jobs of comparable nature along with starting date and likely completion dates with their contract values. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of works in hand and works tendered for as on the date of submission of the tender. A solvency certificate of an amount equal to 20% of the tender estimated cost is also required.
