Municipal Corporation Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in similar building work, specifically in areas such as community hall, hospital, hotels, institutional, public utility, commercial, industrial shed, and residential building work (government building only), as well as new central verge, new footpath, or new paver block work (not including RCC road work). The bidder should have experience of work of similar nature during the last 7 years, with specific requirements being: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated tender cost - Alternatively, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated tender cost - Alternatively, three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover in the last three financial years of more than 30% of the estimated cost.
