The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in laying Gravity/rising mains in Sewerage networks or SWD drain network work or H.E. network work, as well as experience in providing and laying Sewer/Water/Petroleum/Gas line / Telecommunication cables / High Power Cables by HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) in extremely hard Rock having hardness factor not less than 6 (Mohs) and 250 Mpa for the minimum length of 200 RM. Specifically, the bidder should have completed similar works with values such as: - Three completed works of similar nature each costing 30% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs 11,81,12,900.00/- - Two completed works of similar nature each costing 40% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs 15,74,83,900.00/- - One completed work of similar nature each costing 60% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs 23,62,25,800.00/- The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be equal to 30% of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should also have experience in laying sewer lines by Trenchless Technology, specifically Horizontal Directional Drilling. The master operator and assistant operators should have experience in operating microtunneling/HDD equipment in soft and hard ground, including hard rock and waterlogged strata. The required experience for the master operator is: - Driven HDD machines between 100 mm and above for a length of at least 1000 meter in any variable soil conditions. - Driven microtunneling machines between 600 mm dia to 2400mm dia for a length of at least 500 meter in any variable soil conditions. The required experience for the assistant operators is: - Driven HDD machines between 100 mm and above for a length of at least 500 meter in any variable soil conditions. - Driven microtunneling machines between 600 mm dia to 2400mm dia for a length of at least 200 meter in any variable soil conditions. Additionally, the average annual contractual payments received by the JV firm or the arithmetic sum of average annual contractual payments received by all the members of JV firm in proportion to their share in last three financial years shall be at least 30% of the estimated value of the work. The Master Operator should have driven HDD machines between 100 mm and above for a length of at least 1000 meter in any variable soil conditions.
