The structure was built around 15 years ago, predominantly as a timber structure. All of the services described below relate to existing timber structures. The service package described below includes the dismantling and reconstruction of these damaged components. The building is used as a youth and cultural center, including currently, so the construction work must be carried out while operations are ongoing. This means that within a working day only so much of the building shell can be opened that the opening can be closed again in the evening to protect against the weather and to prevent break-ins.
