The bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with the following requirements: - A minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, 2 similar nature of completed work, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and a value not less than the desired value. The credential certificate for completed works should contain the name of work, estimated amount, tendered amount, value of executed work, and date of completion of project. The bill value of the completed work will be considered as a credential. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual turnover of 40% of the amount put to tender in any of the last three financial years. The bidder should not have abandoned more than one work, and not more than one of their contracts should have been rescinded during the last 3 years from the date of publishing of the NIeT. The bidder's Net Worth for the last year should be positive. For credential certificate, it should be issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority of a State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, Statutory/Autonomous bodies constituted under the Central/State statute, on the executed value of completed/running work. The completion certificate should indicate the value of the work (equal to booked expenditure). The bidder should submit a Tax Audited Report in 3CD Form, along with Balance Sheet and profit and Loss Account, which should be in favor of the applicant. The bidder should also have a certain amount of machineries and equipment.
