The bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with the following requirements: - A minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, 2 similar nature of completed work, each of a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and a value not less than the desired value. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual turnover of 40% of the amount put to tender in any of the last three financial years. The bidder should not have abandoned more than one work, and not more than one of their contracts should have been rescinded during the last 3 years from the date of publishing of the NIeT. The credential certificate for completed works should contain the estimated amount, tendered amount, value of executed work, and date of completion of the project. The bidder's Net Worth for the last year calculated on the basis of capital, profit, and free reserve available to the firm should be positive. The credential certificate should be supported by a work order, price schedule, or BOQ of work and a completion certificate mentioning the date of completion issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or competent authority of a State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertakings, Statutory/Autonomous bodies constituted under the Central/State Statute.
