Alternatively, intending bidders should meet one of the following conditions: - Produce credentials of a same or similar nature with a minimum value of Rs.3.02 crore or minimum quantity of 40% of the estimated quantity put to tender during 10 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Produce credentials of 2 same or similar nature with a minimum value of Rs.2.26 crore or minimum quantity of 30% of the estimated quantity put to tender during 10 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Produce credentials of one single running work of same or similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and quantity or value of which is not less than the desired quantity or value. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), the required credentials criteria is to be fulfilled jointly, with specific percentages to be fulfilled by the Lead Member and the other Member. The average annual turnover of the bidder should be at least Rs. 3.77 crore, and the bidder should have a Net Worth of not less than Rs. 2.26 crore in the preceding financial year, with specific percentages to be fulfilled by the Lead Member in case of a JV. Formulas for JV are: - Turnover criteria for JV: 55% of Rs. 3.77 crore should be fulfilled by the Lead Member. - Net Worth criteria for JV: 55% of Rs. 2.26 crore should be fulfilled by the Lead Member.
