The bidder should have prior work experience in Construction of Civil Engineering works like water distribution pipeline and OHT work, with specific requirements for key personnel, including: - 1 Project Engineer BE (Civil) with not less than 15 years Experience - 2 Site Engineers BE (Civil) with not less than 10 years Experience - 4 Site Supervisors Diploma (Civil) with not less than 5 years Experience The bidder should have completed at least one work of value more than INR 1062.00 Lakhs or above, or two completed works of value more than INR 1062.00 Lakhs or above. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual financial turn over in anyone of the last five financial years, with a value of Rs. 490.00 Lakhs (or Rs. 2124.000 Lakhs as per another requirement), equivalent to 100% of the value of work put to tender. The bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of pipeline in Kms, specifically: - DI/CI pipe should have supplied, laid, jointed, tested and satisfactorily completed (30% of total length in kms) with a minimum of 6.00 kms. - Should have supplied, erected and commissioned Vertical Turbine pump or open well submersible pump sets of several numbers under a single contract totaling to 30 HP. - Minimum aggregate experience of RCC Water retaining structures (LL) completed and tested for water tightness in last 5 years (30% of total requirement in LL) with a minimum of 2.00 LL. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than INR 1062.00 Lakhs, but no specific percentage is mentioned for similar works completed. However, proposals for sub-contracting components of the Works which in aggregate add to more than 20 percent of the Bid price will be considered. The bidder should have satisfactory completed and commissioned water supply scheme of value not less than Rs. ___ lakh in last five years, with specific values: - If single agreement: 40% of BOQ Value, which is Rs. 196.00 Lakhs - If two agreements: 60% of BOQ Value, which is Rs. 294.00 Lakhs The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 2124.00 Lakhs in each year in any two years during the last 5 years.
