The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of civil engineering works. Specifically, the key personnel required for the project include: 1. 1 Project Manager with not less than 15 years of experience in construction of civil engineering works.
2. 1 Project Engineer with not less than 15 years of experience in construction of civil engineering works like multi-storied buildings.
3. 2 Site Engineers with not less than 10 years of experience in construction of civil works like multi-storied buildings.
4. 2 Site Supervisors with not less than 5 years of experience in civil construction works. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of Rs. 392.50 Lakhs (50% of the value of work put to tender) in the last five years, and should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs. 785.00 Lakhs (100% of the value of work put to tender). Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed Building works of Similar Nature in their own name in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs. 395.00 Lakhs, which is 50% of the value of work put to tender, in any one of the last five years from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The lead partner in a consortium should meet not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria, and other partners should meet individually not less than 25% of the qualifying criteria. All partners should collectively meet 100% of the qualification criteria. The bidder should have been in the Building works of Similar Nature field for at least five years (from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024).
