The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value is: 1. Earnest Money Deposit: Rs.8,42,000/- 2. Security Deposit: 2 years Annual Rent (based on Annual rent decided after tender cum auction process) 3. Financial Capacity: The Applicant shall have a minimum Net Worth of Rs.1,13,10,000/- (Rupees One crore Thirteen Lakhs Ten Thousand only) at the close of year ending on 31st March 2024. 4. Technical Capacity: Non-pendency of mutually admitted Port dues (for all plots and any other issue of the prospective bidder in MbPA) on the date the RFP. Formulas: 1. Annual Lease Rental Payment = Reserve Price + Premium Amount 2. Premium Amount = quoted premium amount in absolute terms as quoted by the Bidder 3. Rental Premium Amount = (Bid Amount - Reserve Price) 4. Net Worth = (Proprietor’s capital / Partner’s Capital / Paid Up Capital) + free reserve - intangible assets. Note: Additional requirements include a declaration regarding admitted port dues in Mumbai Port Authority and the Lease Rent Premium Amount over and above Reserve Price per Sq. M. per Month.
