The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing projects for the Procurement, Migration, and Support of Microsoft Exchange Email Licenses, or for IT infrastructure projects for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Urban Local Bodies, Central Government, or State Government organizations in the last five financial years. The bidder must have completed similar projects with the following specifications: 1. Three similar completed projects costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. 2. Two similar completed projects costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. 3. One similar completed project costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also provide a client or customer satisfaction letter as supporting documentation. Additionally, the bidder should have an average minimum overall annual turnover of at least Rs. 4 Crores in the last 3 financial years. The bidder is required to provide audited balance sheets and profit & loss account statements for each of the last 3 audited financial years, along with a certificate duly signed by a Chartered Accountant for the total turnover.
