The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, including building repairs works such as waterproofing, plumbing, flooring, plastering, painting, and miscellaneous work. The bidder should have carried out specific quantities of items of work in any one year in the last 7 years, which is 30% of the tender item quantity. The required prior work experience includes completing works of similar type and magnitude during the last three financial years, with a value of at least 80% of the cost put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last Seven (7) years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The similar work experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 1.74 Crs. each). - Two similar completed works, each work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 2.18 Crs. each). - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 3.49 Crs. each). The bidder should have completed at least 30% of the tender item quantity in any one year in the last 7 years. The value of similar works completed should be updated to 2023-2024 price levels, with a weightage of 5% p.a. The percentage of similar works completed is 80%. The bidder should also provide a list of works executed by the agency during the recent last 7 financial years and works in hand, as well as a copy of work completion certificate of similar nature and magnitude of work issued by an officer in the Government not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
