The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: 1. 1 similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, 2. 2 similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or 3. 3 similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,93,53,260/-, and the bidder should have completed similar works such as Annual Maintenance contract work of Express Highway with a minimum width of 45 mtr. carried out in Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization. The bidder should submit an attested copy of work completion certificate of similar nature and magnitude works issued by the officer in Government not below the rank of Executive Engineer, during recent last 5 financial years. The bidder should also submit details of similar works executed in last three years, and upload a scanned copy of a solvency certificate to the extent of 20% of the estimated cost, which is 20% of Rs. 2,93,53,260/-. The weightage for updating of costs shall be done @ 10% p.a. to arrive at 2023-24 prices.
