The City Government Of Oroquieta, Through The Ocm – (economic Services) – Tourism Development Program – Other Related Activities (fiesta Activities) – Omoe (annual Budget & Supplemental Budget No. 2 Cy 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fourteen Pesos Only (p 2,624,814.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Goods And Services [partial Bid 1 – 1 Lot Job Order-lights And Sound System Rental With Led Wall; Partial Bid 2 – Various Goods And Services] For The Month-long Activities For The Oroquieta City Fiesta Celebration Cy 2024 With Pr No. 100-09-24-02420. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Oroquieta Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Please Indicate Brand If Applicable. Delivery Of Goods Is Required At The Scheduled Activity Dates. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc Or Should Have Completed At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts Which Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above; And The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc, As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3.
