The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for similar services. The bidder must have experience in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. For similar works completed, the conditions are: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least: 1. 1 project with a value of Rs. 5.00 Cr OR 2. 2 projects with a value of Rs. 3.00 Cr each OR 3. 3 projects with a value of Rs. 2.50 Cr each. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 190 Lakh for 3 years. The bidder is also required to have at least 40% of the required manpower on their payroll for at least one year. Valid proof for meeting the experience criteria can be provided through documents such as a contract copy along with invoices, execution certificate by the client with contract value, or any other document in support of contract execution.
