The Ministry Of The Interior And Local Government, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (milg-barmm), Through The General Appropriations Act For The Bangsamoro 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (php 3, 266, 800.00) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Machinery And Equipment For Bangsamoro Readi. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Milg-barmm Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Machinery And Equipment For Bangsamoro Readi. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
