The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm Through The General Appropriations Act For The Bangsamoro (gaab) 2023, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Two Hundred Fifty-eight Thousand Fifty Pesos (php 6,258,050.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Medical Assistive Devices For Older Persons Fy 2023. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Schedule Of Bidding Activities Is As Follows: Advertisement / Posting Of Invitation To Bid August 5 - 12, 2024 Issuance And Availability Of Bid Documents August 5 - 27, 2024 Pre-bid Conference August 15, 2024 At 9:30 A. M. Last Day Of Written Clarification August 16, 2024 Last Day Of Issuance Of Bid Bulletin August 19, 2024 Deadline For Submission And Opening Of Bids August 27, 2024 At 9:30 A. M. 2. The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Goods And Services Contemplated In This Project And As Detailed In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Table Of Technical Specifications Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods Is Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Twenty-five (25%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
