The Ministry Of Social Services And Development Barmm, Through The General Appropriations Act Of The Bangsamoro (gaab) Under Office Of The Chief Minister - Marawi Rehabilitation Program (ocm-mrp) Fy 2022 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Ninety-nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 3,099,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of 7,560 Cubic Meters Of Potable Water Or Water Rationing For 60 Days Intended For Transitory Sites In Sagonsongan, Marawi City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Twenty-five (25%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
