Successful completion (or substantial completion, at least 90% complete and progressing satisfactorily) of at least one State/National Highway (road and/or bridge works/airport runway) contract within the last five years, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract. Experience can be as a prime contractor, joint venture member, or subcontractor (provided the subcontract involved all main work items and all other qualification criteria are met). For joint ventures, experience is weighted proportionally to each partner's participation.
