Bidders must demonstrate successful completion or substantial completion (at least 90% complete at bid submission) of at least one similar project involving the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sensors, data acquisition, data transmission, analysis, management, and reporting, including all hardware and software for a bridge health monitoring system, for at least one bridge within the last five years. This experience can be as a prime contractor, joint venture member, or subcontractor (provided the subcontract involved execution of all main work items and other qualification criteria are met). The minimum project value is specified in an appendix.
