The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience includes: * The Bidder shall have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s), or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than the tendered / Bid value Rs. 742.42 Lakhs (the “Threshold Technical Capacity”). * For normal Highway projects, at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost Rs. 148.48 Lakhs shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. * A project shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the tendered / Bid value Rs.148.48 Lakhs. * The Bidder should have experience in the highways sector, which includes highways, expressways, bridges, tunnels, runways, etc. * For requirement 4.3 (ii), one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost (Rs.148.48 Lakhs) should have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 specified in Clause 4.6 individually by any of the JV members as a single work. * Maintenance works are considered as eligible projects for evaluation under Technical capacity 4.3 (i) and for singly completed works 4.3 (ii). * Project in Highway sector shall constitute the following for the purpose of consideration under category 1 or 3 as applicable, such as widening/reconstruction/up-gradation works on NH/SH, MDRs, municipal corporation limits, construction of bypasses, stand-alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels, etc. * The projects with titles such as RIDF, PMGSY road, link road, city roads, rural road, sector/municipality road, Bridges for railway line, work of metro rails (bridges/tunnel), which demonstrate road development/construction bridges or culverts may be considered for overall technical capacity only. * A table to calculate the value of "A" and "C" which contains the value of Civil Engineering Works in respect of EPC Projects undertaken by the Bidder during the last 5 years, with columns for Year, Value of Civil Engg. Works undertaken, Amount of bonus, and Net Value excluding bonus. * The maximum value of projects undertaken during the last 5 years and the value excluding the amount of bonus is to be updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix, using an updation factor ranging from 1.00 to 1.20. * Another table is provided to calculate the value of "B" which contains the value of all existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 5 years, with columns for Name of Project/Work, Percentage of participation of Bidder, Date of start/appointed date, Construction period, Value of contract, Value of work completed, Balance value of work to be completed, and Anticipated date of completion. * The bidder must have completed similar type of work, with details to be filled in a table, including: - Name of Project/Work - Percentage of participation of Bidder in the project - Date of start/appointed date of project - Construction period as per Agreement/LOA - Value of contract as per Agreement/LOA - Value of work completed - Balance value of work to be completed - Anticipated date of completion - Balance value of work, with columns for Rs. in Crore, and percentage of participation.Similar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience include: - Widening / reconstruction / up-gradation works on NH / SH or on any category of road taken up under CRF, ISC/ El, SARDP, LWE - Widening/ re-construction/up-gradation works on MDRs with loan assistance from multilateral agencies or on BOT basis - Widening/ reconstruction / up-gradation work of roads in Municipal corporation limits, construction of Bypasses - Construction of stand- alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels - Long term OMT works of NHAI/MoRT&H - Performance based maintenance contract in states - Projects with the title of RIDF, PMGSY road, link road, city roads, rural road, sector/ municipality road, Bridges for railway line, work of metro rails (bridges/ tunnel) - Maintenance works such as IRQP, PR, OR, FDR, SR, site/micro grading, surface renewal, resurfacing work, Tarring, B.T. surface work, temporary restoration, urgent works, periodic maintenance, repair & rehabilitation, one time maintenance, permanent protection work of bank, short term / long term OMT contract, Any performance based maintenance contract Values like amount and percentage mentioned are: - 20% of Estimated Project Cost Rs.148.48 Lakhs for one similar work - 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost for capital cost of the project - 26% (twenty-six per cent) equity during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed - 5% of Bid Value for receipts of or work executed amount - 50% of the Project Cost of eligible projects for construction/maintenance works executed by the entity claiming experience.
