For hot mix plants, either proof of purchase or a confirmed order with a minimum payment of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs to the manufacturer/supplier is acceptable, along with an undertaking on Rs. 500/- stamp paper regarding plant installation distance to maintain bituminous mix laying temperature. An additional performance security of Rs. 05.00 Lakhs is required for mobilization of the plant.
