The important information related to prior work experience includes: - Successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven financial years. - The similar completed works should be: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - Substantial completions shall be based on 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. - For arriving at the cost of similar work, the value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per financial year. - For contracts under which the applicant participated as a joint venture member or sub-contractor, only the applicant’s share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirement.Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40%, or two similar completed works each of value not less than 50%, or one similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
