The Ministry Of Public Works – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (mpw – Barmm) Regional Office, Through Capital Outlay 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Pesos (4,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Two (2) Units Skid Steer Loader. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
