General procurement notice for Procurement of Goods (stationeries and field gear (Gum boots, Rain coats, umbrellas) for Carrying out Formalization and Regularisation of 1,000,000 land parcels in 14 urban centres; The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received financing in the amount of US$ 150 million from the World Bank for the implementation of the Tanzania Land Tenure Improvement Project under Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania in the amount of US$ 1.2 million equivalents to Tanzanian Shillings 2.8 Billion. The Project Development Objectives is to strengthen the national land administration system and increase tenure security in selected areas for both men and women. Subcomponent 1.2: Urban Mass registration and issuance of 1,000,000 Certificates of Rights of Occupancy (CROs) and 1,000,000 Residential Licenses (RL).
