Expressions of interest : Provision of Consultancy Services for Impact Evaluation (Quantitative Research/study) Baseline, Endline and Monitoring Data for the Keeping Girls in School (Kgs) Initiative. OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE CONSULTANCY The main objective of the assignment is to carry out the collection of household, school, and community data and deliver high-quality and comprehensive survey datasets for use in the impact evaluation. The baseline and endline data will be collected from the 4,800 households surveyed, across the 10 evaluation districts in 3 provinces. A tracking exercise will be conducted for missing households to retain those households in the sample and maintain attrition under 5%. This may require following respondents outside of their communities, which are defined as the catchment area covered by Community Welfare Assistance Committees (CWACs) or outside of their districts, and the Firm should budget accordingly to ensure that said travel and staff costs are accounted for. The specific tasks and duties of the Firm are outlined below.
