The Plant, Through Waste Compression, Should Ensure Minimization Of The Volume And Optimization Of Efficiency In The Storage And Transportation Of Municipal Waste, Until The Construction Of Regional Landfills For Special Regions. The Plant Should Ensure The Formation Of Bales According To The Required Dimensions, Their Protection From Scattering By Padding And Their Wrapping In A Special Film To Ensure Protection From External Influences, Such As The Sun And Water, And To Prevent Emissions Of Odors And Discharge Into The Environment. The Plant Should Be Intended For Use In An Outdoor Uncovered Area With Adequate Ip Protection, And The Wrapping Film Should Be Intended For Storing The Bales In An Open Uncovered Area..
