The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years for the same or similar services. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies. For specific positions, the experience required is as follows: - For a Multi-tasking Staff, the experience required is 0 to 3 years. - For a Receptionist Cum Operator, the experience required is knowledge in computer application and experience in EPABX board, but no specific years are mentioned. - For a Data Entry Operator, the experience required is one year as DEO in any reputed organisation. The bidder should have executed at least 3 contracts with Govt institutions/PSUs during the last three years, with a single contract value of not less than 25 lakhs, specifically in hospital and academic institutions. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following conditions: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be at least 500 Lakh (s).
