Contract notice: Scheduling, Coordination and management (opc) mission for the renovation works of the cae in avignon (84) Consultation with a view to the designation of an OPC for energy renovation and optimization of the occupation of the administrative city of Avignon (84). Scheduling, coordination and management mission (OPC) within the meaning of article R. 2431-17 of the public order code, the operation, carried out on an occupied site, concerns the four buildings constituting the administrative city. The provisional estimate of the work to be carried out within the framework of the operation is set by the delegated contracting authority at 10,534,000 EUR including tax. For this operation, the client is considering the recruitment of an OPC independent of the project management team retained in order to ensure the proper execution of the studies for the phasing of the operation and the monitoring of works on the calendar plan.
