The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources - Mines And Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. Viii (denr-mgb Ro8) Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) For Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Amount Of Forty-nine Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos (php 49,110.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of The “provision For The Conduct Of Laboratory Analysis Of Eighteen (18) Soil Samples”. 2. Denr-mgb Ro8 Requires The Conduct Of Laboratory Analysis Of Eighteen (18) Soil Samples Collected From Established Samar Bauxite Mineral Reservation (parcel E) Located At The Municipalities Of Paranas (wright) And Hinabangan, Province Of Samar. 3. Denr-mgb Ro8 Hereinafter Referred To As The “procuring Entity” Now Invites For The Submission Of Price Quotation For The Provision For The Conduct Of Laboratory Analysis Of Eighteen (18) Soil Samples. 4. The Procuring Entity Will Evaluate All The Submitted Quotation/s Then A Notice Of Award Will Be Given To The Single/lowest Calculated And Responsive Quotation (s/lcrq). 5. The Quotation/s Must Be Delivered To The Office Of Denr-mgb Ro8 Located At Macarthur Park, Barangay Candahug, Palo, Leyte Not Later Than 5 O'clock In The Afternoon Of September 16, 2024. 6. The Prices Must Be Quoted In Philippine Peso And Must Include The Unit Price And The Total Price, Inclusive Of All Taxes To Be Paid And Other Incidental Costs To The Delivery Site If The Contract Will Be Awarded. 7. The Quotation/s Shall Be Valid For Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Deadline Of Submission. 8. The Delivery Period Shall Be Within Three (3) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. The Supplier Should Inform The Procuring Entity At Least Three (3) Days Before The Date Of Delivery. The Delivery Will Be Made Only During Working Days And Hours. 9. The Delivery Site Is Located At Mines And Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. Viii. 10. The Provision On Liquidated Damages Which Shall Be Payable By The Contractor In Case Of Breach Of Contract In The Amount At Least Equal To One-tenth Of One Percent (0.001) Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion For Every Day Of Delay. Once The Cumulative Amount Of Liquidated Damages Reaches Ten Percent (10%) Of The Amount Of The Contract, The Procuring Entity May Rescind Or Terminate The Contract, Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Available Under The Circumstances. 11. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Quotation And Annul The Procurement Process Or Reject All Quotation At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Liability To The Affected Bidder/bidders. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Waive Minor Deviations/defects Or Infirmities Therein. A Minor Deviations/defects Or Infirmities Is One That Does Not Materially Affect The Overall Performance And Functionality Of The Equipment And The Capability Of The Supplier To Perform The Contract. 12.
