The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources - Mines And Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. Viii (denr-mgb Ro8) Intends To Dispose The Unserviceable Property, Plant, And Equipment (office Equipment, Ict, Furniture And Fixtures, Technical And Scientific And Also Other Property And Equipment) Located In Mgb Ro8, Barangay Candahug, Palo, Leyte With A Total Minimum Bid Price Of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php 15,400). 2. All Interested Bidders May Participate In The Ocular Inspection For Viewing Of Unserviceable Property, Plant, And Equipment (office Equipment, Ict, Furniture And Fixtures, Technical And Scientific And Also Other Property And Equipment) On March 7, 2024, From 9:00 Am To 12:00 Nn At Mgb Ro8, Barangay Candahug, Palo, Leyte. 3. Denr-mgb Ro8 Hereinafter Referred To As The “procuring Entity” Now Invites For The Submission Of Sealed Bid Proposals On Or Before March 19, 2024 (tuesday) At 12 O’clock In The Afternoon. The Quotation/s Must Be Delivered To The Office Of Denr-mgb Ro8 Located At Macarthur Park, Barangay Candahug, Palo, Leyte 4. The Bidders Should Submit The Technical Envelope In Three (3) Copies Which Include The Duly Authenticated Photocopies Of The Documents Listed In The Checklist Of Requirements. 5. During The Opening Of Bids, The Bidders Will Bring With Them The Original Copies Of Required Documents For Validation. Failure Of The Bidders To Submit The Said Documents And Present The Original Copies Shall Be Ground For Disqualification. 6. Bids Received Shall Be Opened On March 19, 2024 (tuesday) At 1:00 Pm As Prescribed In The Invitation To Bid. The Procuring Entity Will Evaluate All The Submitted Quotation/s Then A Notice Of Award Will Be Given To The Responsive Bidder With The Highest Quoted Price. 7. The Prices Must Be Quoted In Philippine Peso, Inclusive Of All Taxes To Be Paid And Other Incidental Costs To The Delivery Site If The Contract Will Be Awarded. 8. The Quotation/s Shall Be Valid For Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Deadline Of Submission. 9. The Winning Bidder Shall Pay In The Form Of Cash, Cashier’s Or Manager’s Check Within Five (5) Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice Of Award (noa). 10. The Winning Bidder Shall Have The Responsibility Of Pulling Out The Unserviceable Property Plant And Equipment With The Issuance Of Authority From Mgb Ro8 Upon Full Payment Of The Contract. 11. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Quotation And Annul The Procurement Process Or Reject All Quotation At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Liability To The Affected Bidder/bidders.
