The Bidding Documents Shall Be Received Personally By The Prospective Bidder Or His Authorized Representative. It May Also Be Downloaded From Our Website, Www.wmsu.edu.ph And Philgeps Registration Provided That The Bidders Shall Pay The Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents From October 18 To November 11, 2024 From 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday To Friday. 2.) All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security Of At Least Two Percent (2%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) In The Form Of Cash, Cashier’s Check Or Manager’s Check, Or Bid Securing Declaration. Bids Without Bid Security Will Not Be Considered. 3.)
