Description The Mindanao Development Authority (minda) , Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act No. 11975 , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos Only ( Php 10,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Mrn2024- 118 . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc As Indicated Below Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Mindanao Development Authority (minda) , Now Invites Bids For The Above-entitled Procurement Project The Issuance Of The Notice Of Award (noa) For This Project Is Subject To The Release Of The Authority To Purchase Motor Vehicle From The Office Of The President And The Issuance Of The Special Allotment Release Order (saro) From The Department Of Budget And Management. The Release Of The Notice Of Award Shall Be In Accordance With Section 38.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation Of Ra 9184.
