The bidder should have satisfactorily completed requisite value works with Central/State Government/Central/State PSUs/AWHO/AFNHB/CGEWHO/DG MAP. The specific details of works completed and under progress are to be submitted in a given format. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that contractors of one/two classes below the eligible class shall not be considered if their present residual work in hand is more than five times of their present tendering limit. Un-enlisted contractors who have secured two works in MES should get themselves registered in the appropriate designated Class with any Registering Authority. For MES enlisted contractors, the contractor shall be enlisted with MES in Class 'D' and above and category "a(i)" subject to satisfactory remarks regarding performance in respect of works in hand.
