- MEP Design Experts, Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 08 years experience
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 15 years experience
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 05 years experience
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute with a minimum 05 years experience
- Mechanical Engineer (Degree holder) having minimum 05 years experience in HVAC services. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows:
- Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 7400 Lakh.
- Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 9250 Lakh.
- One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 14800 Lakh. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 18500.00 Lakh. The percentages and amounts are: - 40% of Rs 18500.00 Lakh = Rs 7400.00 Lakh for three similar works
- 50% of Rs 18500.00 Lakh = Rs 9250.00 Lakh for two similar works
