The bidder should have successfully completed similar work of Sewage treatment work. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - Three satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works in the last seven years, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is approximately Rs 1728.83 lakh per work. - Two satisfactorily completed sewage treatment works in the last seven years, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is approximately Rs 2161.04 lakh per work. - One satisfactorily completed sewage treatment work in the last seven years, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is approximately Rs 3457.66 lakh per work. In terms of percentage, the bidder should have completed works worth at least 50% or 80% of the estimated cost of Rs 4322.079 lakh, which translates to Rs 2161.0395 lakh (50% of Rs 4322.079 lakh) or Rs 3457.8672 lakh (80% of Rs 4322.079 lakh) respectively. The cost of completed work shall be enhanced by 5% per annum to bring them at par with the present cost as on the last date of bid submission. The bidder should provide a satisfactory performance report for the qualifying sewage treatment work.
