The bid capacity required to bid for the tender includes: (i) Experience of SCADA System for water supply, electric supply, gas supply, STP, including waste water recycling, etc. (ii) Average Annual turnover during the last 3 years: at least 67.00 Lakhs (for un-enlisted contractors only) (iii) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the following options: (a) Three similar completed works costing not less than 89.00 Lakhs each (b) Two similar completed works costing not less than 111.00 Lakhs each (c) One similar completed work costing not less than 178.00 Lakhs The formula for evaluating the amount of completed works is: the value of previously completed works shall be enhanced by 5% per year to bring them at par with the present cost.

The similar works shall be SCADA work for water supply / Electric Supply / Gas Supply / STP including Waste water recycling etc. The bidder should have completed either of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 89.00 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 111.00 Lakhs. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 178.00 Lakhs.
