The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District, Through The Corporate Operating Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Provided Below Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Following Projects, To Wit: Lot No. Project Name /identification No. Lot 1 Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Portable Hydraulic Compressor And Hydraulic Tools For Customer Services Division (project Identification No.: Mtwd-pb 24-04-017) P 1,100,000.00 Lot 2 Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Hydraulic Compressor With Hydraulic Tools For Environment And Water Resources Division (project Identification No.: Mtwd-pb 24-04-018) P 2,100,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Metropolitan Tuguegarao Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Schedule Stated Under Section Vi, Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
